日本橋人形町の老舗新川屋佐々木酒店の四代目、佐々木邦秀さんが、酒蔵やお酒の解説とお燗番をしてくれます。

夏酒を中心に佐々木さんがお酒をセレクト。利き酒的にお楽しみいただけます。
ひんやり、さっぱりとした軽い酒肴や、仕込み水のチェイサーもご用意。
Kunihide Sasaki will select several bottles of sake called "natsu-zake" brewed for summer season.
Enjoy tasting sake from variety of sake breweries. Light snacks and brewing water of sake as a chaser will be served.

佐々木邦秀（ササキ クニヒデ）1978.10.16生
大正4年（1915年）創業の人形町・甘酒横丁にある酒屋、新川屋 佐々木酒店四代目。
ワイン、焼酎、ビールだけでなく、調味料や食料品も扱う昔ながらのスタイル。特に日本酒に注力し、有名・無名を問わず、日本全国の日本酒をセレクト。他店では扱えない珍しい酒も多数揃えている。
各種イベントなどを通じて日本酒普及活動を行っており、日本橋の街全体に酒の香りが漂う日本酒利き歩きの主催者。
